There are millions of cookbooks out there today.
And when you pair that with the internet,
there seems to be almost no excuse for not
cooking at home or cooking healthy.

But, if you're like me, it's easy to get bogged down
and overwhelmed by all of the information out there.
So, I thought I'd share two of my go-to cookbooks.
They both meet all of my must haves...

1. Lots of chicken and veggie recipes
2. Very few off the wall ingredients that cost an arm and a leg and will expire after using 1 teaspoon.
3. A dessert section.
4. Quick, easy and affordable dishes.
